Frank Bianco

Frank Bianco grew up in northern Ohio and central Michigan. After graduating from Brunswick High School near Cleveland, he earned his bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on Marketing and Management in 1981 from Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio. He attended Ohio Northern University and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1984.

While attending law school, Frank utilized his breaks to gain valuable experience as a law clerk for the Honorable Kermit K. Neely, Medina Municipal Court. After earning his Juris Doctor Degree, Frank was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1984 and began working as an attorney with the law office of L. Ray Jones in Medina, Ohio.

In 1986, Frank moved to Sarasota, Florida. While waiting to take the Florida Bar, Frank served as a law clerk at the Sarasota personal injury defense law firm of Dickinson O’Riordan until 1987. 

Frank was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1987 and began working as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pasco and Pinellas Counties. As an Assistant State Attorney, Frank tried hundreds of misdemeanor jury and non-jury trials and prosecuted a wide range of litigation concerning criminal cases.

In 1991, Frank went into private practice with a senior prosecutor from the State Attorney’s Office, Declan Mansfield. After 24 years of partnership within the law firm of Bianco and Mansfield, Declan Mansfield was appointed as a circuit court judge, where he currently serves. In 2019, retired county court judge, Marc Salton, joined the practice of counsel.

For over 30 years, Frank has successfully handled a wide range of criminal defense and personal injury cases and continues to be a great advocate for his clients.

Frank has been married for more than 30 years to Maria and has two children. In his spare time, Frank enjoys bicycle riding and general fitness.

Marc Salton grew up in Clearwater, Florida. He graduated from Clearwater High School and earned an AA from St. Petersburg Junior College. He earned his bachelor’s degree in international relations from Florida State University in 1970. He attended Florida State University College of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctor in 1973.

Marc served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, prosecuting cases ranging from misdemeanors, DUIs, and felonies. He established his own law firm specializing in criminal defense where he successfully represented individuals on just about every conceivable type of criminal matter from misdemeanors, DUIs, drug offenses, and felonies to homicides. Marc has practiced in all levels of State Courts and argued cases before the United State Supreme Court.

In 1989, Marc became a County Court Judge for Pasco County in the Sixth Judicial Circuit, where he served until his retirement in 2016. Following his retirement, he continued to serve the community as a Senior Judge for the Sixth Judicial Circuit.

In 2019, Marc made the decision to resign as a Senior Judge to join, of counsel, the law firm of Frank P. Bianco, P.A. Marc brings four decades of experience in both civil and criminal cases. He is also highly qualified to handle cases involving arbitration or mediation.
