Felonies
A felony is the most serious criminal charge. The State of Florida classifies felonies into different degrees, with varying penalties associated with each.
For over three decades, the Law Office of Frank P. Bianco, P.A. has represented individuals facing a wide range of felony charges. We have now shifted our focus exclusively to individuals charged with third-degree felonies.
A third-degree felony is punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine up to $5,000. Examples include automobile theft and illegal drug possession. Engaging with your case at an early stage gives us the best opportunity to have the charges dropped or reduced. For first-time offenders, you may be eligible for a pretrial intervention program. Successful completion of the program results in the dismissal of charges.
If you or someone you know is facing a third-degree felony, contact the law office of Frank P. Bianco, P.A. With more than 30 years as a criminal defense attorney in Pasco County, I have the experience and skills to help you through this challenging time.
